(Similar to that) <em>Hira\u1e47yagarbha<\/em> expounded the yoga doctrine, there is none more ancient than him.<\/p>\n<p>However, in the <em>N\u0101tha Samprad\u0101ya<\/em>, <em>Y\u0101j\u00f1avalkya<\/em> is known not only as a Vedic <em>\u1e5bishi<\/em>, but also as a disciple of <em>Brahma<\/em> (<em>Satyan\u0101th<\/em>), who in the form of <em>Hiranyagarbha<\/em> transmitted the knowledge of <em>yoga<\/em> to <em>Y\u0101j\u00f1avalkya<\/em>.
