The semi-vowel\u00a0labial \u0935\u094d \/ <em>v<\/em> is transformed into labial \u0909 \/ <em>u<\/em>, then it is transformed into \u0913 \/ <em>ou<\/em> with the addition of labial and \u092e\u0928\u094d \/ <em>man<\/em>, where only the nasalized \u092e\u094d \/ <em>m<\/em> remains, that can turn into a <em>bindu<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>This famous <em>mantra<\/em> is also called \u092a\u094d\u0930\u0923\u0935 \/ <em>pra\u1e47ava<\/em>, from the prefix \u092a\u094d\u0930 \/ <em>pra<\/em> and the root \u0923\u0941 \/ <em>\u1e47u<\/em>, which means &#8216;adoration&#8217;. But in this case, the vowel \u0909 \/ <em>u<\/em> goes into a strengthened \u0905\u0935 \/ <em>ava<\/em>, that gives \u0923\u0935 \/\u00a0<em>\u1e47ava<\/em> with the prefix \u092a\u094d\u0930\u0923\u0935 \/ <em>pra\u1e47ava<\/em>. In a word, all together this can mean &#8216;the primary, initial adoration&#8217; from which all forms of worship come from.<\/p>\n<p>There are many other esoteric interpretations of <em>pra\u1e47ava<\/em>.
